Week 13 VR Interactive Characters (Clean Pass)

For this assignment I created a simple textured version of the interactable character, Bowser Jr. This textured version utilizes a UV unwrapped version of the proxy asset from the last assignment, and establishes the major color areas and facial details.

Week 12 VR Interactive Characters (Proxy Pass)

For this assignment, and throughout the project, I will be responsible for the creation of the interactable character asset. Our group is building an experience framed within the Mario universe where the player controls Bowser. For this submission I was responsible for creation of the Bowser Jr. character proxy model.

Week 11 VR Hands And Props (Final Pass)

For this assignment I updated the high resolution sculpt of the VR player hand in ZBrush based on feedback received in class. The high resolution sculpt has crisper scale details and the spikes on the cuff were dulled slightly so that their points could be perceived from above. After re-baking the high resolution detail in Substance Painter the textures required tweaking, but the increased depth of the surface detail allowed better use of Substance Painter generators.

Week 10 VR Hands And Props (Clean Pass)

For this assignment I created a high resolution sculpt of the VR player hand in ZBrush based off of last week's proxy model. The details of this sculpt were then baked back onto the UV unwrapped game res proxy and textured using Substance Painter. Additionally I created a new ZBrush folder in the source file hierarchy to house ZBrush files.
